We have attempted (and we hope you agree) with this website to provide all our existing customers, and those of you who may never have either heard of us or visited our store, a look at the extent of the services and merchandise that we offer.
Whether you simply need a minor part for your "old reliable" machine, or are looking to purchase the latest in state-of-the-art sewing we can help. There is no part too old or insignificant, no question too trivial that you should not ask us. No matter what your budget, we will listen to your needs and try to find just the right sewing machine or vacuum cleaner for you.
The sewing industry has come to realize that without proper dealer support it is nearly impossible for you, the consumer, to get the most you can from your new machine. For this reason, most sewing companies do not allow internet sales. It is the services that we offer, such as 5-years free cleaning and maintenance (on most machines), unlimited instruction on operation of your sewing machine, free labor on all warranty repairs to name a few, that make the purchase of your new machine at our store a mandate.
For those products that we are allowed to sell on the internet, we have setup a secure "virtual cart" system so that you may purchase these items directly from our site. If you see an item that does NOT have a cart symbol (ie. most sewing machines) unfortunately the sale of these items is restricted to in-store sales only.
Given all this...enjoy browsing in our virtual store, see and learn about the machines and services we offer, and come in and maybe take home that "perfect" sewing machine or vacuum cleaner.

We provide fast and reliable shipping on all products we sell. We try to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order, so you can have your product as soon as possible. Carriers do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays so please do not count those days in shipping time. We are open on Saturday, and we can gladly take your order, however we are not able to ship any items on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Items ordered after 5 P.M on Friday will ship within 2 business days. Items that are not in stock will be shipped immediately once in stock, you will be notified if that occurs. All orders over $100.00 will be shipped free of charge and ship ground for delivery in 4-10 business days. All shipping pre-paid will ship UPS ground Or Fedex and take from 4-8 business days for delivery. We are sorry we do not ship to P.O box's so please make sure to give a physical address. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska please call for rates. We are sorry but we do not ship overnight to these states. At this time we are sorry but we do not ship internationally. Our goal is to provide the best vacuum cleaner for our customer's specific needs, personal preferences and budget. Since the best purchase decision is an informed one, we stand firm on our commitment to explain and demonstrate our vacuum cleaners to anyone who is considering purchasing one. All products that we sell on our website are new and in their original boxes or packaging from the manufacturer.
Unsatisfactory Product: Most people can tell whether a vacuum cleaner is right for their needs and preferences during the first few times they use it. In the event that you purchase a household vacuum cleaner and are not happy with its performance, design or construction, call us within 15 days of receipt to arrange for its return. If a household vacuum cleaner is returned to us in reasonable condition, typical of careful use for 15 days, we will refund your full purchase price. In this situation no restocking fee will be applied so your only cost is the shipping back to us. However, if you refuse to accept delivery of your shipment, the cost of returning it to Schiller's as well as the cost of shipping it to you will be deducted from your refund. All items included or given free with a purchase must be returned or their value will be deducted from the refund. If you purchased extra paper bags or other supplies with a vacuum cleaner, only unopened packages are refundable. Shipping Damage or Defective Merchandise: If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping or upon initial use, discover a defect, we will issue a UPS call tag for the item to be picked up and ship to you on priority a replacement at no cost to you. Notify us immediately. Signs of excessive or careless use, as well as commercial use, may result in a restocking fee based on the degree of damage to the product from these types of use. Due to the use of liquids in steam cleaners, floor washers and wet/dry vacuums, they cannot be returned for a refund. Products which are modified in any way such as drilling, cutting, mounting extra parts or removing standard parts are not refundable All special order or non-stock items are not returnable. Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is the customer's responsibility to immediately contact us by phone to cancel. Email is not sufficient due to the speed of our processing cycle.
